The first menu, dated 19 Mars 1961, commemorates Jean-Paul et Jean-Pierre. Its crisp white cardstock features a delicate golden embossed illustration of a chalice, sun, wheat, and grapes, suggesting a significant milestone event. The handwritten inscription, 'Mr Jean-Claude Fenring,' adds a personal touch. The Déjeuner lists classic dishes like Soles Du Chef, Poulet Forestière, Cœur De Filet, alongside a selection of fine French wines including Coteaux Du Layon 1959 and Champagne. This menu exemplifies formal French dining.

The second menu, from Le 1er Février 1964, celebrates Monique et Pierre. Printed on aged cream-colored paper, it is adorned with elegant golden illustrations of birds and intricate floral motifs. A handwritten dedication, 'Madame Bazin,' is prominent. This menu presents both Déjeuner and Dîner offerings, with midday dishes such as Cornets De Jambon and evening fare like Potage Velouté.
