From Our Hands to Yours

Each order is  prepared and dispatched from France within 4 business days, entrusted to the services of La Poste.

Two shipping options are available:

  • Untracked Mail – a more economical option for lighter parcels.
  • Tracked Mail – includes tracking information, sent to you as soon as your parcel begins its journey.

Estimated delivery times:

  • France – 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
  • Europe – 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
  • Worldwide – 7 to 15 business days after dispatch

Please note: postal journeys can sometimes take a little longer than expected — especially across oceans and borders. But as these treasures have often waited patiently for decades in a quiet attic, a short delay in their voyage to you is perhaps just part of their story.

Every item is packaged with care, ensuring its vintage charm is preserved from our door to yours. 

When Returns Are Needed

Returns are accepted only if the item does not match its description or has been damaged in transit. If this should occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange an appropriate solution.

For all other cases, returns are possible, with return shipping costs covered by the buyer. That said, in all our years of sharing these treasures, we’ve yet to see one come back — perhaps because each piece feels like it’s finally found its rightful home.

Customs Along the Journey

In most cases, our parcels sail smoothly past the customs gates, as the value of our orders generally rests below the duty-free thresholds of each destination.

At present, these limits stand at 10,000 yen for Japan, and AUD 1,000 for Australia for example.

Between countries of the European Union, there are no customs duties at all.

Moreover, treasures of the past—such as dated postcards and historical documents—are often granted special exemption, even beyond these limits, depending on how they are classified by your local authorities.

For absolute peace of mind, we recommend a quick word with your local customs office, so you may know exactly what to expect before your order begins its journey.

For your comfort and safety, our store welcomes you with password-free login — the method recommended by Shopify, the trusted platform upon which our boutique rests.

When you wish to revisit your account:

  1. Click the “Log In” link at the top of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. secure magic link will arrive in your inbox.
  4. Click it, and step straight into your account — no password, no fuss.

This approach is not only effortless, it is considered by Shopify as one of the safest ways to protect your personal space.
