This collection features two distinct religious ephemera items, both devoted to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. One is a vibrant German prayer card, illustrating the Sacred Heart with traditional iconography. It includes the German phrase: 'Halt ein! Das Herz Jesu ist da. Dein Reich Komme zu Uns' (Stop! The Heart of Jesus is here. Thy Kingdom Come to Us), alongside references to indulgences from Pope Pius IX. This card was published by L. Turgis & Fils, a prominent Parisian printer.

The second item is a French devotional leaflet. Its front showcases a grayscale image of Jesus revealing his Sacred Heart, surrounded by decorative elements. The accompanying French text reads: 'Voilà ce Cœur qui a tant aimé les hommes et qui ne reçoit de la plupart que de l'ingratitude. (Notre Seigneur à Ste Marguerite Marie)' (Behold this Heart which has so loved men and which receives from most only ingratitude. (Our Lord to St. Margaret Mary)). Inner pages detail 'Les Petits Clercs du Sacré Cœur' (The Little Clerics of the Sacred Heart) and their history, mentioning events up to 1939, placing its publication in the 1940s or later.
