Please note that every piece includes a small notch cut at the top — a characteristic feature of the batch, as one of the photos clearly shows it.

A set of 30 original French “Bande de Garantie” beer bottle labels from the Brasserie Édouard Calonne in Barlin, dating from the 1930s. These colorful vintage pieces are remnants of early 20th-century brewing history — a time when each bottle carried its own guarantee band as a mark of quality and authenticity.

Printed in vivid green and orange tones, the labels feature the brewery’s name encircling the town “Barlin,” along with the elegant typography typical of the Art Deco period. The design captures the spirit of traditional French craftsmanship, where even small details were given artistic attention.

Each paper band includes a distinctive round seal and a printed “Bande de Garantie” section, originally placed across the bottle cap to ensure the beer’s integrity before opening.
