1900s - Vintage Postcard - Chocolat Kohler Advertisement - Alpine Mountain Refuge Scene - Theodul Pass - Historical Ephemera Collectible

This is an authentic vintage postcard from the 1900s, featuring a striking black and white advertisement for 'Chocolat Kohler.' The front of the card displays a serene alpine landscape, dominated by snow-capped mountains and two rustic stone cabins. Laundry is visibly hanging to dry outside one of the structures, adding a touch of daily life to the rugged environment. Below the main cabin, the inscription reads 'Cabane Superieure du Theodule,' which translates to 'Upper Cabin of the Theodul.' This refers to the historical mountain refuge located on the Theodul Pass.

This piece serves as both a historical travel souvenir and an early example of commercial advertising, blending natural beauty with brand promotion from the early 20th century.
