Jesus is shown holding a golden monstrance with the Eucharist, his Sacred Heart visible on his chest, against a picturesque background of mountains and a grand basilica (possibly Lourdes-. The detailed artwork captures a moment of profound spiritual devotion. Below the image, an ornate cartouche contains the French inscription: 'Coeur Sacré de Jésus, j'ai confiance en vous! Donnez-vous à moi chaque jour par votre Mère Immaculée.' (Sacred Heart of Jesus, I trust in you! Give yourself to me each day through your Immaculate Mother.)
The reverse side of the card presents a comprehensive list of 'INVOCATIONS' (Invocations) or prayers, offering spiritual guidance. These prayers, written in French, include various pleas and affirmations of faith, typical of Catholic devotion.
